In our role as a fiscal sponsor, we exist to bridge the gap between frontline organizations and the resources they need to make a tangible impact. Too often, organizations doing vital work find themselves hindered by financial barriers. AAS steps in to provide support, ensuring that funds are accessible to those on the frontlines of change. Through our fiscal sponsorship role, we aim to disrupt systemic barriers and boundaries, empowering organizations to tackle issues at their roots.

Furthermore, we recognize the pervasive issue of racial bias within philanthropic funding. AAS is committed to addressing this disparity head-on, working tirelessly to assist organizations and municipalities in overcoming racial bias within the realm of philanthropic funding. By advocating for fairness, equity, and inclusivity in funding distribution, we strive to create a more just and equitable society for all.

Community engagement is at the core of everything we do. From grassroots outreach efforts to large-scale events, we are committed to connecting with and serving our community. Through our diverse range of programs and initiatives, we address pressing issues, celebrate our cultural heritage, and create spaces for dialogue and action.

Pivotal to our execution strategy is the vibrant tapestry of our membership. A cornerstone of our execution strategy is our role as a fiscal sponsor. We recognize that many grassroots initiatives and community projects lack the resources and capabilities, such as manpower and time, to establish a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. As a fiscal sponsor, we fill this gap by providing the necessary support and infrastructure, enabling these initiatives to focus on their mission and drive impact without the burden of administrative overhead.

Furthermore, we act as an incubator for innovation and growth, connecting cultural leaders to our extensive network of resources and opportunities. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives, we facilitate access to funding, mentorship programs, and capacity-building resources, empowering initiatives to scale and thrive.
